‘Places I Have Never Been’ presents camera-less images that evoke landscapes existing between the visible and the imagined. Created entirely with light, the works suggest places that feel strangely familiar, yet remain beyond reach.
The series explores the experience of recognising something that does not exist, as if it has been seen before. These imagined landscapes cannot be visited or located, yet they appear familiar through perception and imagination.
Each image becomes a space that is completed in the mind of the viewer, shaped by individual associations and perception.
